Order Cancellations

• Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• Custom Orders: Because custom and oversized wall hangings take significant time to hand-knot, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun (typically after 24 hours).

• How to Request: Email our support team immediately at info@dewydove.com with your order number to request a cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: We accept returns on eligible non-custom home decor items within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items that have defective or technical issues (wrong size/color or incorrect design) must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, free of any pet hair or odors.

• Exclusions: Custom-sized pieces, personalized items, and clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable.

• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
